As you all know, I love being organized and am constantly looking for resources, especially FREE resources to stay organized! There are so many out there though that it can be a bit overwhelming. I wanted to share with you the top 4 FREE printables that I actually use on a regular basis and I would probably throw a fit if these ever went away!
These calendars are the best! They are simple, yet super cute! I like that each month has its own creative and beautiful design. I also really like that at the bottom, each month has a section for notes and to-do. I use these sections to write down any important notes pertaining to that specific month and prioritize my most important tasks to do that month. I have been using these for the past two years. I use them wherever I can, honestly. In the past, I used these monthly calendars in my self-created wedding planner binder. Currently, I use them in our family command center and my speech therapy room at work to keep track of important family events or tasks at work. I’m also going to be using them in my work nook at home, it’s a work in progress, but fingers crossed it’ll be done at the end of February, so keep your eyes peeled for that. I hope Megan from Short Stop Designs never stops making these because they’re so stinking cute.
2 Goals for the week (Post-its)
This is by far my favorite and again I use this across several settings. I like to use this with different colored post-its to make accomplishing my goals less daunting and more fun! Colorful equals fun for me! I’m weird like that, don’t judge me. I currently have 4 of these: for my home, for my speech therapy room, for my blog and for my home organizing business. I seriously LOVE them because I can visualize all my goals for that week. You can find it here made by Mique from Thirty Handmade Days.
3 Password Sheet
Does anyone else hate resetting their password every time they forget it? I do! I have a similar password for most of my accounts with little deviations here and there, but it has happened too often that I forget that deviation and I have to end up resetting my password. I found this free password sheet and I love it because unlike most of the others I found online, this one has the ’email used’ section. I find this to be very useful because I have several emails and sometimes I forget what email I used to set up a specific account. For those of you thinking this might not be the smartest choice in regards to security, I write myself hints instead of passwords. For example, if the password has certain letters capitalized or special characters or numbers, then I’ll write those down. If that’s too much of a headache, I suggest writing the actual password and just keeping your password sheet in a safe place. Click the picture above to download it!
4 Editable Binder Covers & Spines
So these, I love for organizing my office paperwork at home and at work for my therapy worksheets. I like that they come in all bunch of different colors so you can pick the color you like best or pick a combination of different colors, whatever floats your boat. These are from Teachers Pay Teachers and you can download them here if you have an account, which is also free. I like using these with just plain white view binders because they make the colors pop and I just prefer it because it looks uniform and clean.
So this FREE printable is a BONUS since I don’t personally use it. I use something similar though, I have the magnetic one from Target below. But if you don’t want to buy a weekly dinner menu, this FREE printable is perfect and not to mention super cute. You could laminate it and use a dry-erase marker and voila, done! I hope you find these FREE printables as useful as I have. Do you have any go-to or favorite FREE printables? If so, let me know in the comments below, I would love to check them out!
