In my previous post, I mentioned that my boyfriend and I are celebrating our Anniversary/Valentine’s Day on February 13th and that on the 14th, we are spending it together with our boys. Of course, I didn’t want our boys to feel left out from all the Valentine’s Day love so I made them a little gift. I got everything from Target, of course! I’m a little obsessed.
I filled these popcorn containers with little knick-knacks that they love! I got the popcorn containers from the dollar section. Inside each, I put Pokemon cards, a juice box, and a $5 gift-card to Starbucks. (The Target I go to has a Starbucks inside). Our boys like to get the Starbucks hot chocolate, so that’ll be a nice surprise!
Then to fill the tops of the containers, I put a bag of popcorn, a box of Sour Patch Kids Candies, and a heart box of Valentine’s chocolates each.
It came out super cute and it was super inexpensive and easy to put together!! In essence, their gift is filled with movie-watching treats, which of course are a must since we love watching movies!
I don’t think they’re expecting anything, so I’m excited to see their faces!! I made these with my boys in mind because these are things that I know they like, but this could easily be done for a girl as well.
